Build and manage relationships with member companies, startups, industry leaders, technology partners, academia, and government stakeholders.

Coordinate speaker engagement, partner collaborations, and participant communications across programs.

Identify opportunities to strengthen ecosystem participation and enhance member value through curated engagements.
Industry Programs & Events

Plan and manage roundtables, workshops, executive forums, startup showcases, and industry conferences.

Support agenda development, speaker onboarding, partner coordination, and seamless program execution.

Ensure a high-quality participant experience across both physical and virtual engagements.
Program Monitoring & Reporting

Maintain program dashboards, trackers, and performance metrics to monitor progress and outcomes.

Prepare periodic reports, stakeholder updates, and post-program impact assessments.

Analyze engagement data and participant feedback to recommend improvements for future initiatives.
Cross-functional Collaboration

Work closely with Membership, Marketing, Events, Research, Policy, Finance, and Communications teams to deliver integrated programs.

Coordinate with vendors, agencies, and technology partners to ensure smooth operational delivery.

Support process improvements and contribute to standardizing program management practices.
