Primary Responsibilities:

Lead software product teams to design, develop, and deliver scalable, high-quality healthcare solutions

Develop and maintain cloud-native applications using Java, and Spring Boot on Azure

Remain technical and hands-on across architecture/design, coding, and automation testing

Engineer database-driven applications leveraging SQL and NoSQL data stores
-
Be jointly accountable for end-to-end product quality, from design through operations

Practice and reinforce Agile methodologies; contribute to stand-ups, planning, reviews, and retrospectives

Cultivate a culture of collaboration, accountability, and quality, approaching new strategies with a positive, proactive mindset

Provide technical support and mentoring, enabling teams to efficiently resolve issues

Build applications and components in an Agile, incremental delivery model

Integrate custom-built solutions with commercial and open-source platforms

Ensure peer reviews and automated testing are standard practice to maintain high code quality

Engage with customers and stakeholders; adapt rapidly to evolving tools and technologies

Collaborate effectively with globally distributed teams; mentor and learn in a fast-paced environment

Work closely with Product Management and stakeholders to shape product direction and solution architecture

Apply modern technologies to address complex industry challenges in healthcare

Continuously upskill, staying current with evolving tech stacks via training and self-learning

Enforce development and security standards across the codebase and pipelines
Proactively remove technology blockers across code, infrastructure, build, deployment, and operations to sustain delivery flow

B.E. / B. Tech / MCA / M. Tech or Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related discipline (16+ years of formal education; correspondence courses not considered)

Proven track record of leveraging AI for faster iteration, reducing manual effort, and boosting engineering productivity

Proven debugging and problem-solving skills: Proven ability to troubleshoot and debug code, identify and fix issues, and find solutions to problems
