Salary: ₹15,000–₹25,000 per month (Based on experience)
About Us
We are a growing company specializing in the fabrication, manufacturing, and supply of quality products. We are looking for a skilled and dedicated Welder to join our team and produce high-quality work while maintaining safety standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform welding work using MIG, TIG, Arc, or Gas welding techniques as required.
- Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and measurements.
- Cut, fit, join, and fabricate metal components according to specifications.
- Inspect finished welds to ensure quality and structural integrity.
- Operate welding equipment and hand tools safely and efficiently.
- Maintain welding machines, tools, and work areas in good condition.
- Follow all workplace safety procedures and wear appropriate protective equipment (PPE).
- Report equipment issues or material shortages to the supervisor.
- Work closely with the production and fabrication team to complete projects on schedule.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Welder or Fabricator.
- Knowledge of MIG, TIG, Arc, or Gas welding techniques.
- Ability to read technical drawings and fabrication plans.
- Good understanding of welding safety standards and procedures.
- Physically fit and able to work in a workshop or industrial environment.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
Preferred Skills
- ITI or vocational certification in Welding or Fabrication (preferred).
- Experience with fabrication, cutting, grinding, and finishing.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a positive attitude.
