Job Description:
We are looking for a creative and result-oriented Digital Marketing Manager with 1 year of experience to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for planning, implementing, and managing digital marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness, generate leads, and improve online presence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across various platforms.
- Manage social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.).
- Create engaging content, creatives, and marketing strategies.
- Run and optimize paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads).
- Monitor website traffic and campaign performance using analytics tools.
- Generate leads through online marketing activities.
- Coordinate with the design and content team for marketing materials.
- Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends and tools.
- Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports.
Requirements:
- 1+ year of experience in Digital Marketing.
- Knowledge of SEO, SEM, Social Media Marketing, and Email Marketing.
- Experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager.
- Basic understanding of Google Analytics and reporting tools.
- Good communication and presentation skills.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
