We are seeking an experienced and passionate Technical Trainer to design and deliver high-quality technical training programs for students and working professionals. The ideal candidate should possess strong subject-matter expertise, excellent communication skills, and the ability to simplify complex technical concepts into practical, industry-relevant learning experiences.
- Deliver instructor-led training sessions in assigned technical domains (e.g., C, C++, Python, Data Science, AI/ML, Full Stack Web Devolpment/JAVA, etc.)
- Design and update course curriculum, lesson plans, presentations, and hands-on labs
- Conduct practical sessions, live demonstrations, and real-world project guidance
- Assess trainee performance through assignments, quizzes, tests, and projects
- Provide mentoring, doubt-clearing sessions, and career guidance to learners
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends, tools, and technologies
- Customize training content as per academic, corporate, or institutional requirements
- Maintain training documentation, attendance, and performance reports
- Coordinate with academic, placement, and management teams when required
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Flair in being a technical trainer
- Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, IT, or a related Certification.
- Proven experience as a Technical Trainer, Corporate Trainer, or Faculty
- Strong hands-on knowledge in at least one technical domain:
- C, C++, Python, Data Science, AI/ML, Full Stack Web Devolpment/JAVA, etc.
- Cloud Computing (AWS, Azure, GCP)
- Cybersecurity / Networking / DevOps
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to explain complex concepts in a simple and engaging manner
- Experience with training tools, LMS platforms, and virtual classrooms is a plus
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
