Job Title : Accounts - Senior Manager

Key Responsibilities
Financial Planning & MIS
● Prepare and present monthly, quarterly, and annual MIS reports, budgets, and variance analysis to management
● Prepare monthly Profit & Loss statements and Balance Sheet, ensuring accuracy and timely closure of books
● Present monthly financial statements to the Group Finance Head with analysis of key movements and variances
● Drive annual budgeting and forecasting across all dealership outlets (Sales, Service, Spares)
● Track and report branch-wise and division-wise profitability
Accounts & Compliance
● Oversee day-to-day accounting operations, ledger scrutiny, and month-end/year-end closing
● Ensure timely and accurate compliance with GST, TDS, Income Tax, ROC, and other statutory requirements
● Coordinate statutory, internal, and OEM audits; ensure clean audit reports
● Liaise with auditors, tax consultants, banks, and regulatory authorities
Working Capital & Treasury
● Manage inventory funding, floor-plan/channel finance facilities, and banking relationships
● Monitor cash flow, working capital cycles, and fund utilization across outlets
● Negotiate and manage credit lines, interest costs, and financial facilities with banks/NBFCs
OEM & Dealership Finance
● Manage OEM claims, incentives and reconciliations
● Support vehicle finance/insurance income tracking and reconciliation with F&I teams
Business Partnering & Controls
● Act as a finance business partner to Sales, Service, and Spares heads on cost control and profitability improvement
● Design and strengthen internal financial controls, SOPs, and approval workflows
Team Management
● Lead and mentor the accounts and finance team across outlets
● Drive process standardization and system (ERP/DMS) improvements across locations
Candidate Requirements
● Qualification: CA / ICWA (CMA) / MBA Finance; CA (Inter) / M.Com, with strong relevant experience may also be considered
● Experience: 15+ years in finance/accounts, with proven experience in automobile dealership, auto ancillary, or retail trading businesses strongly preferred
● Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, Companies Act provisions, dealership floor-plan/channel finance, and MIS reporting; hands-on with Tally/ERP and MS Excel
● Other Skills: Strong analytical ability, attention to detail, negotiation skills with banks/NBFCs, and ability to work closely with OEM finance teams
● Attributes: High integrity, ownership mindset, ability to manage multiple outlets, and comfort working in a fast-paced dealership environment
