Role Overview
The AV Project Manager will be responsible for project planning, technical coordination, stakeholder management, budgeting, execution, commissioning, and handover of enterprise AV systems.
This role requires strong expertise in AV systems integration, IT infrastructure coordination, and multi-vendor project delivery.
Key Responsibilities
Project Planning & Execution
· Manage full project lifecycle from initiation to financial closure
· Develop project plans, schedules, risk registers, and cost estimates
· Monitor project progress, budgets, timelines, and resource allocation
· Ensure compliance with project scope and change management processes
Technical & Systems Integration
· Oversee design documentation including:
· Room Matrix
· Bill of Materials (BOM)
· Line Diagrams & Signal Flow
· Rack Elevations
· Coordinate installation, configuration, testing, and commissioning of:
· Video Conferencing Systems (Zoom, MS Teams Rooms, Webex)
· AVoIP & Networked AV
· DSP systems (Biamp, QSC, Crestron)
· Control Systems (Crestron, Extron, AMX)
· LED walls, Digital Signage, Projection systems
Stakeholder & Vendor Management
· Coordinate with:
· Clients & End Users
· IT, Facilities & MEP teams
· Procurement & Supply Chain
· OEMs & AV Partners
· Manage vendor performance and subcontractor execution
· Drive stakeholder communication, escalation handling, and reporting
Commissioning & Handover
· Lead UAT, system testing, certification, and documentation
· Ensure smooth transition to Service / Managed Services teams
· Drive client satisfaction and post-installation support alignment
Required Experience
8–15 years of experience in AV Systems Integration / IT Infrastructure Projects. Minimum 5+ years as AV Project Manager / Technical Project Manager
Experience handling enterprise AV, UC & collaboration deployments
Strong understanding of IP networking, VLAN, QoS, AVoIP architecture
Experience in corporate, MNC, or large commercial project environments
Preferred Certifications
· AVIXA CTS / CTS-D / CTS-I (preferred)
· PMP / PRINCE2 (added advantage)
· ITIL knowledge
· Knowledge of MS Project / Primavera / Project scheduling tools
Key Deliverables
· Flawless technical execution of corporate events and town halls
· Comprehensive AV documentation (scope, BoQ, risk plans, post-event reports)
· Effective coordination between internal stakeholders and external vendors
Continuous improvement in production quality and operational efficiency
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹2,500,000.00 - ₹3,500,000.00 per year
