Role Objective
The Sales Executive will be responsible for developing the assigned territory, increasing doctor and hospital network, generating business, and ensuring achievement of sales targets through effective relationship management and market development activities.
Key Responsibilities
Territory Development
- Develop and expand business in the assigned territory.
- Identify potential doctors, hospitals, laboratories, and healthcare institutions.
- Increase test referrals and sample volumes.
- Ensure coverage of all key accounts in the territory.
Business Generation
- Achieve monthly sales and collection targets.
- Generate new business through regular field visits.
- Appoint and manage collection centers and referral partners.
- Promote specialized and routine diagnostic services.
Relationship Management
- Build strong professional relationships with doctors and healthcare professionals.
- Maintain regular interaction with existing clients to ensure retention.
- Address client concerns in coordination with internal teams.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
Sales Operations
- Plan daily field visits and ensure productive coverage.
- Maintain Daily Visit Reports (DVR).
- Track competitor activities and market trends.
- Ensure timely payment collection where applicable.
Marketing Activities
- Conduct promotional activities such as CMEs, doctor meetings, and camps.
- Support marketing campaigns in the territory.
- Create awareness about new tests and services.
Internal Coordination
- Coordinate with operations for smooth sample collection and reporting.
- Work with customer support to resolve service issues.
- Coordinate with finance for outstanding payments if required.
Eligibility Criteria
Qualification
- Graduate in any discipline (Life Sciences preferred).
- MBA in Marketing / Healthcare Management preferred.
Experience
- 2–3 years of experience in diagnostic / healthcare.
- Experience in territory handling will be preferred.
Required Skills

- Knowledge of local diagnostic market preferred.
