Job Overview
We are looking for a dynamic, self-motivated, and result-oriented Field Marketing & Sales Executive (Marketing Boy). The ideal candidate will travel across assigned territories in MP to visit retailers, mechanics, and commercial buyers to secure bulk orders and ensure timely payment collections.
Key Responsibilities
- Order Generation: Travel across assigned regions in MP to meet existing wholesale clients and onboard new ones to secure bulk orders.
- Payment Collection: Ensure timely collection of payments and outstanding dues from clients according to company credit policies.
- Brand Promotion: Effectively pitch and promote our core partner brands (Fenner, Roots, AutoGold, Mando, etc.).
- Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with spare part retailers and distributors.
- Market Intelligence: Keep track of competitor activities, market trends, and new demand areas within MP.
- Requirements & Qualifications
- Education: High School (12th Pass) or Graduate.
- Travel: Must be willing to travel extensively across Madhya Pradesh.
- Language: Fluent in Hindi (knowledge of local MP dialects is a plus).
