We are looking for a *Japanese language trainer* for an upcoming university project with college students.
*Project Details:*
*Start Date:* End of July / Early August 2026 _exact date TBA_
*Mode:* Hybrid – Mostly online + 1 onsite visit to Chittoor, Andhra Pradesh
*Batch Size:* 50+ college students
*Schedule:* Mon–Tue–Wed, 9:00 AM – 10:00 AM _3 hours/week_
*Duration:* 3–4 months
*Trainer Requirements:*
1. *JLPT N3 or above* proficiency mandatory
2. *Post-graduation in any field* – mandatory as per university guidelines
3. Prior teaching experience preferred
4. Should be able to handle syllabus planning, workbooks, assessments, oral tests, and copy checking
*Key Responsibilities:*
- Conduct online classes as per schedule
- Coordinate with university staff for exams, syllabus, assessments
- Conduct oral tests within the stated fee – no separate payment
- Copy checking: materials will be couriered to you, return shipping covered by company/university
- Curriculum may be provided by client, but experienced trainers can propose their own
*Remuneration:*
*Online:* ₹600 – ₹900 per hour _batch size doesn’t affect pay_
*Onsite:* ₹1000 per hour + 3rd AC travel reimbursement + food & accommodation provided
*Payroll:* You will be on Multibhashi payroll
*Note:* This is not an immediate start. Client confirmation on final dates and number of batches is awaited. We are building our trainer pool in advance.
*Selection Process:* 1 pre-screening round only.
