Data Entry Operator – Job Description:
A Data Entry Operator is responsible for entering, updating, and maintaining accurate data in computer systems and databases. The role requires attention to detail, typing proficiency, and the ability to handle confidential information efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Enter data from source documents into computer systems and databases.
- Verify and review data for errors or inconsistencies.
- Update and maintain records accurately and timely.
- Perform data quality checks and correct inaccuracies.
- Organize and manage physical and electronic files.
- Generate reports as required by management.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure data accuracy and completeness.
- Meet productivity and accuracy targets.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification is an advantage.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and data management software.
- Fast and accurate typing skills.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Basic knowledge of databases and record-keeping systems.
- Good communication and time-management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Pay: ₹13,564.11 - ₹16,480.40 per month
