Essential Requirements
- Proven experience as an HR Generalist or similar Human Resources role
- Strong knowledge of recruitment, payroll, compensation & benefits, onboarding, and employee relations
- Excellent understanding of HR best practices
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel, including the ability to create professional documents, maintain complex spreadsheets, analyse data, and prepare reports with accuracy and efficiency
- Excellent computer literacy and the ability to quickly learn new HR and business software
- Exceptional organisational and time management skills
- Outstanding written and verbal English communication skills
- High level of attention to detail
- Ability to manage confidential information with complete discretion
- Self-motivated and capable of working independently in a remote environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
- Experience using HRIS, payroll, and recruitment software is an advantage
