We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Customer Support Executive Intern to join our team at our Kanhangad office. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills and a passion for providing exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
* Customer Assistance: Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, providing prompt and accurate responses to ensure customer satisfaction.
* Issue Resolution: Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve customer issues efficiently, escalating cases as needed to ensure timely resolution.
* Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain positive relationships with customers, fostering trust and loyalty.
* Feedback Collection: Gather customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and relay this information to relevant departments.
* Reporting: Generate regular reports on customer issues, resolution timelines, and feedback for performance evaluation and improvement.
Skills and Qualifications:
* A degree in any relevant field.
* Excellent communication
* Ability to resolve issues and handle customer complaints professionally.
* Patience and a customer-first approach.
Fluent in English and Hindi.
A stipend will be provided during the internship period.
