The Assistant General Manager (AGM) of Government Building Construction directs large-scale public infrastructure projects, such as hospitals, schools, and administrative buildings etc. Candidates should be min. 37 years old(maximum 60 years).
Experience: Typically 15+ years of experience in the construction industry, with a strong focus on government tendering and institutional infrastructure. Prior experience in similar field -CPWD, NBCC, Orissa PWD, WAPCOS etc.
Job Responsibilities:
- Manage on-site and off-site operations, track milestones, and ensure structural and architectural integrity according to public works parameters.
- Coordinate with state/central departments (such as CPWD, NBCC, or local PWDs), consultants, and contractors to secure approvals, licenses, and permits.
- Assist with Bills of Quantities (BOQs), managing client billing.
Salary: 50,000- 1,20,000/ month
Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹120,000.00 per month
