We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Manager to strengthen our brand presence, drive patient acquisition, and lead our digital and offline marketing initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Digital Marketing & Brand Management
- Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and patient engagement.
- Manage and optimize social media platforms including LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and X (Twitter).
- Plan and execute Social Media Marketing (SMM) campaigns to generate leads and enhance patient outreach.
- Oversee Search Engine Optimization (SEO) initiatives to improve website rankings and organic traffic.
- Manage Google Ads, Display Ads, YouTube Ads, and Remarketing campaigns.
- Monitor and analyze website performance using Google Analytics and Google Search Console.
- Create performance reports and dashboards to measure campaign effectiveness and ROI.
Content & Communication
- Coordinate development of healthcare-focused content including blogs, patient stories, videos, newsletters, and social media creatives.
- Collaborate with doctors and clinical teams to create informative and engaging healthcare content.
- Ensure consistency of brand messaging across all communication channels.
- Business Development & Patient Acquisition
- Develop marketing campaigns to increase OPD, IPD, diagnostic, and specialty service utilization.
- Build relationships with corporates, insurance companies, TPAs, referral doctors, and community organizations.
- Plan health camps, awareness programs, webinars, and patient engagement activities.
Performance Marketing
- Manage lead generation campaigns through Google, Meta, and other digital platforms.
- Optimize Cost Per Lead (CPL), Cost Per Acquisition (CPA), and conversion rates.
- Conduct competitor analysis and market research to identify growth opportunities.
Team Management
- Lead and mentor the marketing team, agencies, designers, and external vendors.
- Manage marketing budgets and ensure effective utilization of resources.
- Coordinate with internal departments to execute marketing initiatives successfully.
