About the Role:
HireSarthi is looking for enthusiastic marketing interns for one of the clients who want to start their careers in international staffing and recruiting. This role is a great opportunity for freshers or beginners who want to learn how hiring, candidate communication, lead generation, and recruitment marketing work in real business situations.
You will get hands-on exposure to the staffing and recruiting industry, especially for international hiring processes. The role is best suited for someone who is confident, willing to learn, comfortable with the night shift, and serious about career growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Support marketing and recruitment campaigns
Connect with candidates and help generate interest for job opportunities
Assist in candidate engagement and follow-up activities
Work with the team to understand staffing and recruiting processes
Maintain basic records and updates
Learn professional communication used in international hiring
