About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic and ambitious Senior Business Development Executive to join our high-performing sales team. You will be responsible for driving new business opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and contributing to revenue growth across Microsoft Dynamics 365, Digital Experience Platforms, Cloud, Data & AI services.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, qualify, and convert potential leads into sales opportunities
- Develop and execute strategic outreach for target accounts across US/EMEA/APAC
- Work closely with internal solution teams to align proposals with customer needs
- Manage CRM hygiene — maintain accurate sales pipelines, forecasting, and activity tracking
- Participate in RFP/RFI processes, proposal creation, and pricing support
- Build strong relationships with ecosystem partners including Microsoft, Kentico, Sitecore, etc.
- Contribute to marketing initiatives — webinars, events, and outbound campaigns
Required Skills & Competencies
- 4+ years of proven IT sales/business development experience
- Prior experience in selling Microsoft Dynamics, DXP (Kentico, Drupal, Sitecore), Cloud, or Data & Analytics services preferred
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities
- Experience working with international clients (US/UK preferred)
- Ability to achieve and exceed quarterly sales targets
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Business / Technology / Marketing or equivalent
Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year
