Key Responsibilities:
1. Monitor and optimize production processes to improve efficiency using Lean, Six Sigma, and Kaizen methodologies.
2. Manage raw material planning and inventory to reduce waste and ensure timely availability.
3. Ensure product quality and regulatory compliance through QA collaboration and root cause analysis.
4. Oversee preventive maintenance and machine efficiency in coordination with the engineering team.
5. Analyse production data and generate reports using ERP/MES systems to track KPIs and OEE.
6. Supervise and train production staff while promoting a culture of safety and continuous improvement.
Qualification:
B.E./B.Tech (Mechanical, Industrial, Production)
Experience:
5+ years in manufacturing operations
Additional Skills:
1. Proficient in SAP, MS Office, and data analytics tools
2. Lean/Six Sigma Green/Black Belt preferred
