Position description: Drive the team and help them with the business knowledge. Engage with business users to understand new requirements/enhancements/bugs/issues etc. related to their line of business and provide for technical solutions to fulfil the desired requirements. Primary Responsibilities 1. Team Management Plan and organize work among team members Keep a track of work done by individual team members Identify the areas of improvement for individuals in the team and plan for trainings if required. Set objectives, give timely feedback, and perform appraisals for the team. Keep the team motivated and rewarding the individuals for good work done. 2. Project Planning and Process enhancement Drive and implement multiple projects while planning the deliverable in correct priority. Oversee each project through its complete life cycle to ensure timelines are met. Ensure the quality of product being delivered as per the requirements. Keep a track of work being done and in progress in a tool name JIRA. Understand the problems areas during the life cycle of the project and provide for a resolution or work around. Identify the areas of improvement in the current application technically or process wise. 3. Interaction with Business Users Attend calls to understand the business user requirements (enhancements/bugs/issues). Give process walkthrough for the new enhancements to business users before deployment to UAT. Understand the process flow for any new requirement and guiding team to implement the same. 4. Vendor Management Engage with multiple vendors for partnership on Implementation of the project Review vendor performance.
