What You'll Do
- Design scroll-stopping creatives for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, web banners, ads, and emails.
- Collaborate with content and marketing teams to bring campaign ideas to life.
- Remix and adapt templates across platforms while respecting each platform’s nuances.
- Follow brand guidelines consistently while contributing your unique style.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute fresh, research-backed ideas.
- Incorporate feedback constructively and iterate quickly.
- Manage multiple design tasks and deliver on time.
- Use AI tools (e.g., Midjourney, Firefly, ChatGPT) to enhance your creative process.
- Drive research: moodboards, references, and competitor analysis to explain the “why” behind the “wow.”
- Experiment with new design and AI trends and integrate useful hacks into the workflow.
What We're Looking For
- Freshers welcome; creativity and curiosity are key.
- Tools: Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma, Canva; exposure to AI tools is a plus.
- Strong sense of layout, typography, color theory, and digital-first design.
- A portfolio that showcases your style, skills, and problem-solving.
- Curiosity-driven, proactive, and comfortable with deep research.
- Good communication and solid time-management skills.
