WE ARE HIRING: FRONT DESK / CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE ASSOCIATE
We are looking for a smart, energetic and people-oriented individual to join our team.
This role involves interacting with members and enquiries, managing day-to-day front-desk activities, supporting the sales process and ensuring a smooth member experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle member check-ins, enquiries and basic front-desk operations.
- Attend calls and respond to customer queries professionally.
- Coordinate demo sessions and assist with member onboarding.
- Follow up with new enquiries and potential members.
- Coordinate with trainers and the internal team regarding member schedules.
- Assist members with programme, schedule and general club-related queries.
- Support the team in maintaining a high-quality member experience.
- Assist with daily operational activities at the club.
- Support sales and membership-related activities.
- Handle customer communication through calls, WhatsApp and other communication channels.
- Take responsibility for assigned tasks and ensure timely follow-up.
Skills & Qualities We Look For
- Excellent communication skills, especially in English.
- Confident and comfortable speaking with people.
- Good interpersonal and customer-handling skills.
- Ability to communicate clearly over calls and WhatsApp.
- Quick learner with a positive attitude.
- Interest in fitness, sports, health and wellness is an advantage.
