Position: Faculty Computer (Contractual)
Duration: 2 Months
Work Location: Manacaud, Thiruvananthapuram
Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 4:00 PM (Monday to Saturday)
Salary: Up to ₹15,000 per month (based on qualification and experience)
Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Computer Trainer on a 2-month contractual basis to conduct classroom training for students in basic computer applications, office productivity tools, computerized accounting, and digital skills. The trainer will be responsible for delivering practical-oriented sessions, maintaining student records, and ensuring effective learning outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver classroom and practical training in:
- Fundamentals of Computers
- MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Computerized Accounting (Tally)
- Internet, Email, and Digital Skills
- Printing and Basic Computer Operations
- Prepare lesson plans and training materials.
- Conduct practical sessions and assess students' progress.
- Maintain attendance, training records, and student performance reports.
- Provide individual guidance and resolve students' technical queries.
- Ensure proper maintenance and utilization of computer lab equipment.
- Support students in completing assignments and practical exercises.
- Perform any other training-related responsibilities assigned by the organization.
Eligibility Criteria
- Bachelor's Degree in any discipline.
- Good knowledge of computers and MS Office applications.
- Knowledge of Tally/computerized accounting is preferred.
- Good communication and presentation skills.
- Prior teaching or training experience will be an added advantage.
