About Our Business
We are an Australian food distribution company supplying quality food products to customers across Australia.
We are looking for a confident, motivated and customer-focused *Sales Account Manager* to join our team and manage our existing customer accounts.
Job Responsibilities
* Manage and maintain existing customer accounts.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
* Communicate with Australian customers regarding their orders, requirements and feedback.
* Handle customer enquiries, complaints and concerns professionally.
* Resolve customer issues by coordinating with the relevant internal teams.
* Follow up with customers regularly and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
* Maintain regular communication with customers and understand their requirements.
* Identify opportunities to increase sales and grow existing customer accounts.
* Take ownership of customer issues and ensure they are followed through to resolution.
* Maintain accurate customer and account information.
* Work independently and manage daily customer follow-ups.
* Customer-related responsibilities may occasionally require attention outside regular working hours due to Australian customer timings.
Requirements
* Fluent in spoken English.
* Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
* Confident speaking with customers over the phone.
* Ability to communicate professionally with Australian customers.
* Ability to work independently and take ownership of responsibilities.
* Good customer service and problem-solving skills.
Preferrence
* Previous experience in sales, customer service or account management.
* Experience dealing with Australian customers will be an advantage.
*Freshers are welcome to apply* if they have excellent spoken English, confidence and a strong willingness to learn.
