We are seeking a skilled Through-Hole Manual Assembly Technician to join our manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assembling electronic components through manual insertion into printed circuit boards (PCBs) using through-hole technology. This role requires a keen eye for detail, precision, and a strong understanding of electronic assembly processes.
Responsibilities:
Manual Through-Hole Component Assembly:

Accurately place electronic components onto PCBs following assembly instructions and engineering drawings.

Ensure proper alignment, orientation, and solderability of through-hole components.
Soldering:

Execute high-quality hand soldering of through-hole components to PCBs, adhering to industry standards and company guidelines.

Verify solder joints for completeness, cleanliness, and overall quality.
Quality Control:

Perform visual inspections to identify defects, such as solder bridges, cold joints, and misalignments.

Conduct functional testing to ensure the proper functionality of assembled components.
Workstation Maintenance:

Maintain a clean and organized workstation, ensuring all tools and equipment are in good working condition.

Follow safety protocols and guidelines to create a secure working environment.
Documentation:

Complete required production and quality documentation accurately and in a timely manner.

Report any issues or discrepancies to the supervisor for resolution.
Collaboration:

Collaborate with team members, engineers, and supervisors to address assembly challenges and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
Training:

Stay updated on through-hole assembly techniques, industry trends, and technological advancements.
