Tech Lead : Multi-Stack UI
Key Responsibilities :
- B.E. / B.Tech or equivalent in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
- 7–10 years of frontend / mobile engineering experience; at least 3 years formally leading a team or acting as the technical owner of a squad across multiple concurrent projects.
- Demonstrable breadth across at least three of the four stacks (Angular, Ionic, Native, Flutter); depth in two or more is required.
- Track record of shipped apps on both App Store and Play Store.
- Proven ability to manage technical delivery across multiple simultaneous projects without losing standards quality or engineering team morale.
- Strong communication skills — capable of translating technical risk, infra issues, and deployment failures to non-technical stakeholders with clarity.
Pay: ₹1,959,512.05 - ₹3,045,976.84 per year
