Sales and Customer Experience
- Manage walk-in, appointment-based, and remote sales with equal attention and care
- Convert enquiries into sales through prompt, warm, and informed communication
- Build and maintain relationships with repeat customers and high-value clients
- Follow up on orders, delivery timelines, and post-purchase touchpoints to ensure a
seamless experience
- Resolve customer issues efficiently while protecting the brand's reputation
Operations
- Maintain accurate sales dashboards, reports, and records for review
- Coordinate with the production team on order status, timelines, and custom requests
- Oversee stock management, visual merchandising, and store presentation
Business Performance
- Take ownership of store sales targets and work proactively to meet and exceed them
- Identify patterns in customer behaviour and sales data to flag opportunities and gaps
- Bring a continuous improvement mindset to processes, service, and team capability
Team Leadership
- Lead, monitor, and motivate a sales team of 3–4 people
- Set clear expectations, track individual performance, and provide regular feedback
- Maintain a positive, professional, and brand-aligned environment on the floor
Must Haves
- Minimum 4 years of experience in retail management, premium or luxury fashion
preferred
- Proven track record of leading a small team and delivering against sales targets
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Highly organised with the ability to juggle store operations, team management, and
cross-functional coordination
- Familiarity with CRM tools, Google Workspace, and Excel
- Comfortable working with sales reports, dashboards, and basic analytics
- Collaborative and adaptable

- Product knowledge of Kanchipuram silk sarees
- An eye for merchandising and an appreciation for craft and design
