Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Business Development Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building client relationships, and driving company growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and generate new business leads
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Conduct meetings, presentations, and follow-ups with clients
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to revenue growth
- Understand client requirements and offer suitable solutions
- Maintain records of sales activities and reports
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in any field
- 0–3 years of experience in sales/business development (Freshers can apply)
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Self-motivated and target-oriented
- Basic knowledge of MS Office
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in field sales or Marketing
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Good networking and relationship-building skills
