Job Summary
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Primary Mathematics Teacher to join our academic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for teaching Mathematics to primary-grade students, fostering conceptual understanding, and creating an engaging learning environment that promotes curiosity, confidence, and academic excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver effective Mathematics lessons for primary classes.
- Develop students' numerical, logical, and problem-solving skills.
- Prepare lesson plans, worksheets, assessments, and learning materials.
- Use innovative teaching methodologies and educational technology.
- Monitor and evaluate student progress and provide constructive feedback.
- Maintain student records and prepare academic reports.
- Collaborate with colleagues, parents, and school leadership to support student development.
- Participate actively in school events, meetings, and professional development programs.
- Ensure a safe, inclusive, and positive classroom environment.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor's Degree in Mathematics or related field.
- B.Ed. (Mandatory).
- Minimum 1–3 years of teaching experience in a reputed school preferred.
- Strong communication and classroom management skills.
- Proficiency in modern teaching practices and educational technology.
- Passion for working with young learners.
