Job Title: Floor Manager – F&B Premium Lounge

Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and guest-focused Floor Manager to oversee daily operations at a premium lounge. The ideal candidate will ensure exceptional guest experiences, smooth floor operations, and adherence to high service standards in a fast-paced, upscale environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and manage day-to-day floor operations of the lounge.
- Ensure high standards of guest service, ambiance, and hospitality are consistently maintained.
- Lead, train, and motivate service staff to deliver premium customer experiences.
- Handle guest feedback, complaints, and special requests professionally.
- Coordinate with kitchen and bar teams for seamless service flow.
- Monitor table turnover, reservations, and seating efficiency.
- Ensure SOPs, hygiene, grooming, and safety standards are strictly followed.
- Oversee billing accuracy and support cash handling procedures.
- Assist in planning and executing events, promotions, and special evenings.
- Maintain inventory of service supplies and coordinate with relevant teams.

- In-depth knowledge of F&B service standards and lounge operations.

Qualifications
- Diploma/Degree in Hotel Management or Hospitality preferred.
- 3–5 years of experience in premium lounges, fine dining, or upscale hospitality setups.
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Experience in luxury lounges, clubs, or high-end restaurants.
- Strong guest engagement and upselling skills.
- Presentable personality with a service-oriented mindset.
- Immediate joiners preferred.
