About the Role
We are looking for a Creative Designer, Video Editor & Jewellery Photographer who understands how modern brands communicate through visuals.
This is not just a design or editing role. You will think creatively, contribute ideas, understand consumer psychology, and create content that grabs attention within the first few seconds. You will also capture high-quality jewellery product photography for e-commerce, catalogs, advertisements, and social media.
If you constantly analyze advertisements, save great edits, notice transitions, appreciate branding, enjoy experimenting with new styles, and have an eye for product photography, you will fit perfectly.
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in graphic design and video editing
- Strong portfolio showcasing social media content and product/jewellery photography (must share portfolio link or portfolio resume)
- Understanding of Gen Z content style and short-form storytelling
- Ability to create content that captures attention in the first 3 seconds
- Good sense of typography, colour, composition, and branding
- Proficiency in DSLR/mirrorless cameras and studio lighting setups
- Experience in jewellery, product, or fashion photography
- Basic knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and Lightroom
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment
- Ability to take feedback positively and iterate quickly
- Strong attention to detail, creativity, and time management
- Own laptop capable of handling design and video editing software (required during the initial period)
- Immediate joiners preferred
Preferred
- Experience with beauty, skincare, fashion, lifestyle, or D2C brands (especially jewellery)
- Proficiency in Figma
- Familiarity with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Adobe Firefly, or similar
Responsibilities
Video Editing
- Edit high-quality Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and social media videos
- Create engaging product videos, founder videos, behind-the-scenes content, and UGC-style edits
- Edit paid advertising creatives for Meta, Google, and marketplace campaigns
- Add captions, sound effects, motion graphics, transitions, and animations that enhance storytelling
- Optimize videos for maximum watch time, retention, and engagement
Graphic Design
- Design social media posts, carousel creatives, and story graphics
- Create website banners, promotional creatives, and email marketing assets
- Design product launch creatives and campaign visuals
- Maintain brand consistency across every creative
- Create mockups, packaging presentations, and promotional materials when required
Jewellery Photography
- Capture high-quality photographs of jewellery products for e-commerce, catalogs, advertisements, and social media
- Plan and execute product photoshoots, ensuring accurate representation of product details, colours, and craftsmanship
- Set up and operate photography equipment, including cameras, lighting, backdrops, and accessories
- Collaborate with creative, marketing, and merchandising teams to understand photography requirements and project timelines
- Ensure consistency in image quality, composition, and brand standards across all product images
- Perform basic image selection and coordinate with retouching/editing teams for post-production
- Organize and maintain digital image libraries with proper file naming and storage
- Handle and manage jewellery products carefully during shoots to prevent damage or loss
- Meet daily and weekly photography targets while maintaining high standards of accuracy and quality
- Stay updated on photography techniques, equipment, and industry trends
Creative Strategy
- Brainstorm content ideas with the marketing team every week
- Research trending editing styles, motion graphics, and creative techniques
- Save and organize references from top D2C brands, creators, and advertisements
- Suggest new concepts for campaigns, launches, and advertisements
- Collaborate with the Social Media and Performance Marketing teams to create high-converting creatives
Software & Tools
Required: Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe After Effects, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Canva, CapCut, DSLR/mirrorless cameras, studio lighting
Preferred: Figma, Lightroom, AI tools (ChatGPT, Adobe Firefly, or similar)
Additional Information
- Candidate must have their own laptop capable of handling design and video editing software during the initial period
- Immediate joiners are preferred
- Must share portfolio link or portfolio resume (design, video, and photography work)

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
