Key Responsibilities:
- Operate edge banding machine (manual / automatic)
- Apply edge tape (PVC, ABS, veneer) on panels
- Ensure smooth finishing and proper bonding
- Set and adjust temperature, pressure, and feed speed
- Perform trimming, buffing, and polishing
- Inspect finished panels for quality defects
- Maintain machine cleanliness and basic maintenance
- Follow production targets and safety guidelines
Requirements:
- Minimum 8th / 10th pass or ITI
- Experience in modular furniture / woodworking industry
- Knowledge of edge banding materials and process
- Basic understanding of machine settings and adjustments
- Attention to detail for finishing quality
Experience:
- 1 to 5 years in edge banding operation
