We are seeking a dynamic Sales & Marketing Executive to join our team at Chakra Academy. The role involves telecalling and direct engagement with schools to establish partnerships for our Integrated NEET/JEE and Foundation Programmes.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct telecalling campaigns to reach school principals and correspondents.
- Present and explain the benefits of our Integrated and Foundation Programmes.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with schools for tie-ups and collaborations.
- Follow up on leads, schedule meetings, and support the onboarding process.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, responses, and partnership progress.
Requirements
- Strong communication and persuasion skills (Tamil & English preferred).
- Prior experience in telecalling, sales, or educational marketing is an advantage.
- Ability to work independently and meet targets.
- Proficiency in MS Office and basic CRM tools.
- Graduate degree in any discipline.
Pay: ₹9,853.27 - ₹33,801.82 per month
