Position Overview
We are seeking a proactive and strategic Business Development Manager to drive growth, build lasting client relationships, and identify new market opportunities. This role requires strong networking skills, business acumen, and the ability to convert leads into long-term partnerships.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities across target markets.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.
- Conduct market research to analyze trends, competitors, and customer needs.
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to design effective campaigns.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals that align with company objectives.
- Prepare business proposals, presentations, and reports for senior management.
- Track performance metrics and provide insights to optimize growth strategies.
Requirements
- Proven experience in business development, sales, or client acquisition (3–5 years preferred).
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to build rapport and maintain professional relationships.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to identify opportunities and risks.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office Suite.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA is a plus).
