JOB FAMILY Application Technology

GRADE LEVEL 4

PRIMARY Architect and develop robust Oracle ERP Cloud financial solutions.

FUNCTION Demonstrate a deep understanding of various Oracle offerings, such as
ERP, BI, and SCM, both on-premises and in the Cloud, and continuously
expand knowledge in these areas.

Analyze customer requirements and align solutions to meet their specific
needs.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement effective
solutions.

Keep up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies related
to Oracle Cloud offerings.

Provide thought leadership by developing intellectual capital and best
practices for Oracle ERP Cloud implementation.

Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery,
meeting customer expectations.

Continuously improve and optimize Oracle Cloud financial solutions
based on feedback and lessons learned.

Maintain a customer-centric approach, ensuring solutions align with their
business goals and deliver value.

Excellent insight and practical knowledge of Cloud ERP and the various
Oracle products and services.

Lead successful delivery of consulting engagements.

Should have a good understanding of Fixed Assets (FA), Order
Management and Procure-to-Pay (P2P) functional areas.

Ability to configure the Oracle Cloud Applications to meet business
requirements and document application set-ups.

Experience in executing implementation strategy, capturing business,
systems requirements, and analysis, prepare functional specification
documents, solution designing, prototyping, testing, training, and
implementing practical business solutions.

Experience in configuring Enterprise Structures, Ledgers, Business units
and Reference Data sets.

Experience in maintaining and publishing Account Hierarchies for creating
Financial Reports and Allocation definitions, cross validation rules and
revaluation definitions.

Strong experience with Chart of Accounts and Enterprise Structures
design.

Experience in configuring Sub-Ledger Accounting (SLA) rules for various
sub ledgers in Oracle cloud Financials.

Configuring Fusion Funds Capture to process credit card transactions.

Ability to create reports using Financial Reporting Studio (FRS),
SmartView, and Oracle BI/Transactional Business Intelligence (OTBI).

Ability to Configure Lockbox payments and create AR Invoices & Receipts
Oracle Cloud ADFDi/FBDI templates.

Experience in setting up Approval Rules/Workflows in Approvals
Management Extensions (AMX) through BPM.

Good knowledge about Fusion Tax configurations (setting up
Geographies, Tax Regimes, Tax Rates and Rules for both US and
Canada Sales Tax and Withholding Taxes using external service
providers such as Vertex, Taxware etc.)

Good Knowledge about Data Conversion/Migrations, Inbound/Outbound
interfaces and Reports.

Ability to work with technical resources, and other 3rd party
systems/integrators to implement the project

SCOPE Part of the centralized team responsible for implementing and maintaining
ERP solutions on cloud and on premise for Strateena’s clients

Works under direction of managers, manages activities according to
milestones and completes tasks assigned by more experienced analysts
and managers

EDUCATION / BS/BA Degree in Computer Science, business, or life science field

EXPERIENCE Minimum of 10 years of functional experience in the Oracle EBusiness
Suite/Fusion ERP

Strong experience and Functional knowledge of Oracle Cloud Financials
applications such as Accounts Receivables, Accounts Payables,
Advanced Collections, Project Accounting, Order Management, Assets
and BI, Credit Management, RMCS (Revenue Management Cloud
Service), General Ledger (GL) , Sub-ledger Accounting (SLA), Cash
Management (CM), Fusion Tax and Funds Capture etc.

Experience in working with matrix organizations and working effectively
with crossed functional, multi-location and multi-cultural teams.

Excellent verbal and communication skills, excellent interpersonal and
negotiation skills

Excellent documentation skills including requirements, functional and
technical specifications, test scripts and validation protocols.

Experience supporting systems and processes utilizing ITIL service
management.

Strong analytical skills with experience in workflow design

Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills, with a high degree of self-
motivation and ability to work independently.

Full life cycle support from analysis to design to development.

Participated in 3+ Oracle ERP Full Life Cycle Implementation/Upgrade
Projects

Experience in Oracle Fusion is a required
