SoloITech is looking for an experienced Operations & Team Lead Manager to oversee daily operations, manage teams, ensure timely project delivery, and coordinate HR-related activities. The ideal candidate should have leadership experience along with a strong understanding of digital marketing and WordPress.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and lead SEO, Google Ads, Meta Ads, WordPress, and Design teams.
- Assign, monitor, and review daily tasks and project progress.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time with high quality.
- Coordinate with clients and internal teams for smooth communication.
- Handle employee attendance, performance reviews, salary coordination, and HR operations.
- Recruit, onboard, and mentor new team members.
- Create SOPs, workflows, and improve team productivity.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Operations, Team Management, or Project Management.
- Strong knowledge of SEO, Google Ads, Meta Ads, and WordPress.
- Experience managing remote teams.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Experience with project management tools like ClickUp, Trello, Asana, or Jira is a plus.
