About the Role
Facets Gems Polishing Pvt. Ltd. is hiring an AI-Enabled Software Engineer — a versatile builder who can turn any business problem into a working technical solution using whatever tool, platform, or language fits best.
This is not a siloed engineering role. We want a generalist who thinks sharply, learns fast, and ships production-ready work. You'll be expected to use AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Cursor, Copilot, Replit) as productivity multipliers. We measure outcomes, not methods.
What You'll Do
Build web apps, mobile apps, internal portals, and admin dashboards
Design and implement RPA workflows and automation systems
Scrape, extract, clean, and report on data from diverse sources
Build QA automation and internal testing tools
Work on computer vision, OCR, and video analysis problems
Apply ML, deep learning, and LLM-based solutions to real operations
Integrate APIs, databases, and third-party platforms
Translate unclear business problems into shipped technical solutions
Build internal tools that improve team productivity and accuracy
