The Learning Business Partner (LBP) acts as the strategic interface between the business and the Learning & Workforce (LVW) organization. The role ensures that learning priorities are aligned with business objectives, global frameworks, and compliance requirements. LBPs drive collaboration, governance, and insights to enable capability building across their span of control.
She/He acts as an account manager for Learning, responsible for defining and delivering learning priorities, managing stakeholder relationships, and ensuring end-to-end accountability for learning programs across portfolios, professional groups, and business units.
Stakeholder Ecosystem:
- Internal: Business Leaders, HR Business Partners, Talent Managers, Global Learning Delivery teams, Country Learning Delivery teams.
- External: Vendors (as needed for insights, not for delivery).
