- Generate new business opportunities for PCD/Franchise Pharma products.
- Identify and appoint new distributors, franchise partners, and stockists in assigned territories.
- Maintain regular follow-up with existing clients and develop long-term business relationships.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets set by the company.
- Handle customer inquiries through calls, emails, and WhatsApp.
- Provide product information, price lists, promotional materials, and marketing support to clients.
- Process orders and coordinate with the dispatch team for timely deliveries.
- Resolve customer complaints and ensure high customer satisfaction.
- Maintain records of leads, customer interactions, and sales activities in the CRM/reporting system.
- Conduct market research and monitor competitors' activities, pricing, and promotional schemes.
- Promote new product launches and special offers to existing and prospective customers.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports and submit them to management.
- Ensure timely collection of payments and follow up on outstanding dues.
- Build and maintain a strong customer database for business expansion.
Pay: ₹20,529.06 - ₹35,970.57 per month
