Job Overview: The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving international business growth through customer acquisition, distributor network expansion, channel management, and export sales. The role requires expertise in handling international customer and distributor inquiries, developing new business opportunities, managing export operations and logistics coordination, and leading global brand promotion initiatives through exhibitions, conferences, and seminars. The candidate should possess strong leadership skills to manage and develop the International Business team while ensuring achievement of export sales objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive international business development and identify new market opportunities across global regions.
- Manage and respond to inquiries from international customers, distributors, and channel partners.
- Develop, appoint, and manage international distributors to strengthen SRL's global presence.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, distributors, and key stakeholders.
- Achieve export sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.
- Develop and execute market expansion strategies for assigned territories.
- Coordinate export order execution, shipment planning, and logistics activities with internal teams.
- Ensure smooth communication between customers, distributors, logistics, and production teams.
- Monitor export documentation and compliance requirements for international shipments.
- Represent the company at international exhibitions, trade fairs, conferences, and industry seminars.
- Plan and execute brand promotion and market development activities in international markets.
- Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and gather market intelligence to identify growth opportunities.
- Lead, mentor, and manage the International Business team to achieve departmental objectives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, Production, and Finance for seamless business operations.
- Develop and expand the global distributor network to support long-term business growth.
Desired Candidate Profile:
- Bachelor's Degree in Science, Chemistry, Biotechnology, Life Sciences, Business Administration, International Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- MBA/PGDM in International Business, Marketing, or Sales preferred. 20+ years of experience in Export Sales, International Business Development, or International Marketing.
- Minimum 10+ years of experience in team handling and leadership roles.
- Experience in Chemicals, Laboratory Reagents, Life Sciences, Biotechnology, Pharmaceuticals, Scientific Products, or related industries preferred.
- Strong understanding of international trade practices, export operations, and distributor management.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation, and relationship management skills.
- Willingness to travel internationally for business development, customer visits, exhibitions, and distributor meetings.
Pay: ₹1,200,000.00 - ₹1,500,000.00 per year
