Job Description:
Role:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Business Analyst to support business decision-making through data insights, process improvement, and strategic planning. The ideal candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams including operations, supply chain, and finance.
- Experience in textile or manufacturing industry
- Knowledge of ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Responsibilities:
- Analyze business processes and identify areas for improvement
- Gather, interpret, and present data to support business decisions
- Work with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into actionable insights
- Prepare reports, dashboards, and performance metrics
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) across departments
- Support supply chain and production planning with data analysis
- Collaborate with IT teams for application development projects, system enhancements and automation
- Conduct market and competitor analysis
Qualifications and Skills:
- BE/BTech in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related fields
- 2–5 years of experience in Business Analysis or similar role
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in Excel, SQL, and data visualization tools (Power BI/Tableau)
- Good understanding of business processes, preferably in manufacturing/textile industry
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
