Core Responsibilities
- Cleaning & Sanitizing: Cleaning rooms, kitchens, and bathrooms, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and disinfecting surfaces.
- Linen & Laundry: Changing bed linens, washing, folding, and distributing clean towels and linens.
- Restocking: Replenishing guest supplies, such as toiletries, soap, and paper products.
- Maintenance & Safety: Reporting repairs (broken items, light fixtures) to management, following safety protocols, and handling cleaning chemicals safely.
- Waste Disposal: Emptying trash containers and recycling bins. [1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7]
Key Requirements & Skills
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 25–50 pounds for long periods.
- Detail-Oriented: A keen eye for cleanliness and sanitation standards.
- Time Management: Ability to work independently, manage, and prioritize tasks efficiently.
- Communication: Basic English reading and writing skills for, instructions and guest interaction.
- Experience: Previous experience in hospitality or professional cleaning is often required. [1, 2, 3, 4]
Pay: ₹8,086.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
