Key Responsibilities
- Customer Service: Welcome showroom and service lounge visitors, delivering a professional, welcoming atmosphere.
- Feedback Calls (PSF): Conduct post-service and post-sale follow-up calls to gather feedback on repair quality and staff behavior.
- Scheduling: Book service appointments, manage workshop bookings, and help schedule test drives or vehicle deliveries.
- Complaint Management: Address customer complaints, work toward swift resolutions, and escalate urgent issues to management.
- Proactive Outreach: Send timely reminders for Periodic Maintenance Services (PMS), insurance renewals, and warranty expirations.
- Data Management: Accurately update CRM software with customer information, vehicle service histories, and survey scores.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Education: Typically requires a Bachelor's Degree or Diploma (any stream). Technical or business degrees (BBA, B.Tech) are highly valued.
- Experience: 0 to 3 years of customer service, sales, or tele-calling experience, ideally within the automobile industry.
- Skills: Excellent verbal communication, polite phone manner, conflict resolution, and basic computer proficiency
Pay: ₹12,644.78 - ₹15,533.80 per month
