We are seeking an experienced RHEL / Ubuntu Administrator with strong expertise in Linux administration, automation using Ansible. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience managing enterprise Linux environments and developing Ansible playbooks
- Install, configure, administer, and troubleshoot Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL) / Ubuntu servers.
- Manage user accounts, permissions, groups, file systems, and security policies.
- Perform server provisioning, upgrades, migrations, and decommissioning activities.
- Monitor system performance, capacity, and availability.
- Configure and manage services such as SSH, NFS, DNS, Apache, Tomcat, and other Linux-based services.
- Handle storage management including LVM, multipathing, and filesystem administration.
- Perform system backups, restoration, and disaster recovery activities.
- Design, develop, test, and maintain Ansible playbook
- Ansible Playbook Development
- Ansible Roles, Templates, Variables, Handlers
- Troubleshoot and optimize Ansible automation workflows.
- Implement Linux hardening standards and security best practices.
- Manage SELinux policies, firewall configurations, and vulnerability remediation.
- Apply security patches and OS updates in accordance with organizational policies.
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in Linux Administration.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and documentation skills
