- Lead the planning and execution of project tasks to ensure timely delivery.

- Facilitate effective communication between cross-functional teams to enhance collaboration.
- Continuously evaluate and improve development processes to optimize team performance.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in ServiceNow Human Resource Service Delivery (HRSD).
- Strong knowledge of application design principles and configuration best practices within the ServiceNow platform.
- Experience in managing workflows and automations to streamline human resource service processes.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to ServiceNow HRSD modules.
- Familiarity with integration techniques and data management within enterprise environments.
- Skilled in collaborating with diverse teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in ServiceNow Human Resource Service Delivery (HRSD).
- This position is based at our Gurugram office.
