About the Role:
Tula Properties Pvt Ltd is looking for energetic and target-driven Sales Executives for its premium managed farmland and plotted development project, Rhythms of Earth, located in Chikkaballapur. Candidates with strong real estate sales skills and passion for customer interaction are preferred. High-performing candidates may later be transitioned into luxury apartment sales verticals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle leads, client meetings, and project presentations
- Conduct site visits and coordinate customer interactions
- Manage end-to-end sales process from enquiry to closure
- Maintain CRM updates and follow-up records
- Achieve monthly sales targets and collection milestones
- Build relationships with channel partners and referrals
Requirements:
- 1–4 years of sales experience (Real Estate preferred)
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Willingness to travel for site visits
- Weekend availability is mandatory (Saturday & Sunday)
- Weekly one day off on rotational basis
Work Schedule:
- Work from Jakkur Office, Bengaluru
- Site visits on weekends and occasionally on weekdays are mandatory
Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
