Location: Makarba, Ahmedabad, Gujarat
Shift: Night Shift | 7:30 PM – 4:30 AM IST (Monday to Friday)
Weekends Off: Saturday & Sunday

Key Responsibilities
- Learn and assist in marketing IT consultants to vendors and clients in the US market.
- Search and identify job requirements through job portals and vendor networks.
- Support consultant submissions for suitable job opportunities.
- Build and maintain professional relationships with vendors and clients.
- Coordinate interviews and follow up with consultants and vendors.
- Maintain records of consultants, job submissions, and vendor interactions.
- Work closely with the Bench Sales team to achieve placement goals.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- Freshers are encouraged to apply.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Basic knowledge of recruitment, sales, or marketing is an added advantage.
- Willingness to work in the US shift (Night Shift).
- Quick learner with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
