Aesthetica360 (Sector 33, Noida) is looking for a high-speed, trend-obsessed Content Creator & Video Editor. If you know how to spot viral hooks, shoot premium aesthetic footage, and use AI to pump out high-quality content daily, we want you on our team.
The Mission (High-Volume Output)
- Trend Spotting & Concepting: Constantly track trending audio, transitions, and formats across Instagram and YouTube to apply them to our hair, skin, and cosmetic dental services.
- Shoot & Edit: Autonomously direct, film, and edit raw clinic footage, patient transformations, and doctor-led videos into premium short-form clips.
- AI Integration: Leverage modern AI tools (CapCut, ChatGPT, Midjourney, AI voiceovers, or automated caption generators) to skyrocket your production speed.
- Bandwidth: Maintain a strict delivery pace of 5 to 6 short-form videos (Reels/Shorts) daily without sacrificing quality.
Requirements
- Proven Portfolio: A solid track record of creating and editing engaging short-form video content.
- Technical Mastery: Highly skilled in mobile cinematography, lightning-fast editing software, and AI workflows.
- Speed & Autonomy: You are a self-starter who works fast, adapts to a premium medical aesthetic environment, and meets daily volume targets with ease.
The Rewards (Uncapped Incentives)
We reward productivity and results. In addition to your base pay:
- Performance Bonuses: Regular payouts for hitting your daily 5–6 video delivery milestones.
- Viral Incentives: Cash rewards for videos that break milestone view counts or drive massive organic engagement.
- Lead Generation Pay: Extra bonuses when your content directly drives consultation bookings or package inquiries.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
