AP Calculus Online Tutor
Tutoring Maphy is looking for an experienced AP Calculus AB/BC tutor to teach US high school students online.
What we're looking for
- Strong knowledge of AP Calculus AB and/or BC
- Prior experience teaching AP Calculus to US high school students
- Excellent spoken English and clear, professional communication
- Comfortable teaching students at different ability levels
- Able to explain concepts clearly rather than simply solve problems
- Familiarity with the current AP Calculus curriculum and AP-style questions
- Reliable internet, computer, webcam and a professional teaching setup
- Able to work with students during US time zones, including early morning IST hours
Responsibilities
- Conduct 1-on-1 and/or small-group online AP Calculus classes
- Teach concepts, problem-solving strategies and AP-style questions
- Prepare students for both MCQ and FRQ sections
- Assign and review homework
- Track student progress and identify areas that need improvement
Important
We are looking for someone who can teach independently from an organized curriculum/material, rather than someone who needs to create teaching material from scratch for every class.
Experience with Desmos and digital teaching tools is a plus.
Pay: ₹800.00 - ₹1,200.00 per hour
