**Job Title: Tele Counsellor (Domestic)**

**Shift:** Day Shift (10 AM – 7 PM)
**Working Days:** Monday to Saturday (Sunday Fixed Off)
**Eligibility:**
* Education: 12th Pass / Graduate / Undergraduate
* Experience: 6 months – 5 years (Outbound calling preferred)
* Age: 18 – 34 years
* Languages: English & Kannada (Tamil preferred)
* Salary:** ₹18,000 – ₹22,000 (In-hand) + performance-based hike
**Job Role:**
* Make outbound calls to prospective students
* Explain courses and generate interest
* Invite candidates for free career counselling sessions
* Follow up with leads to ensure center visits
* Maintain effective communication and engagement
**Skills Required:**
* Good communication skills
* Basic computer knowledge
* Customer handling & sales ability
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
