Job Description:
Classic Learn is hiring an Admission Support Executive to handle student inquiries and admissions for our Robotics & STEM programs across India and International markets.
The role involves interacting with parents and students, explaining courses, and converting leads into successful enrollments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle admission inquiries via calls, WhatsApp, and social media
- Guide students and parents about courses, fees, and enrollment process
- Manage both National (India) and International (UAE, USA, UK, etc.) leads
- Follow up with interested leads and convert them into admissions
- Maintain proper records of inquiries and admissions
Requirements:
- Good communication skills in Hindi & English
- Basic computer and smartphone knowledge
- Ability to handle international clients (basic English conversation)
- Sales/admission experience is a plus
- Confident, polite, and result-oriented personality
Working Hours:
- 11:00 AM to 8:00 PM (IST)
- Tuesday to Sunday (Monday Off)
